Refund & Cancellation

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order is submitted, cancellation or modification is not guaranteed.
  • In case you receive an incorrect or damaged product, notify us within 3 days of receipt.
  • We are committed to promptly arranging a replacement or refund.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute Johariz’s decision and accepts our resolution on cancellation matters.
  • Note that all custom order pieces are considered final sale.

Delivery and Shipping policy

Ready Jewelry Order: 2 to 3 working days

Production Items: 8 to 25 working days

Items shipped by: EMS, UPS, FedEx, Aramex

Tentative delivery time provided with formal order confirmation email.

Check order status in the “Order Status” section.

Provide accurate shipping information during registration.

Ensure the delivery address is correct and proper.

Check product description before placing an order.

Agree to be bound by conditions of sale and invitation of offer in the item’s description.

Responsibility assumed for shipment while item(s) is/are in possession.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Johariz and affiliates not responsible for lost or delayed shipments post delivery to the carrier.

Johariz not liable for the choice of shipping carrier.

All international shipments fully insured, claims processing may take time.

Johariz reserves the right to make changes to site contents, including prices, descriptions, inventory, policies, and terms without notification.
